We start with your governance documents — your constitution, board charter, and committee charters — so that every question we ask is grounded in how your board has actually chosen to govern itself, not an off-the-shelf standard.
Director interviews are not optional in our process. They are standard. The most important insights almost always come from conversation, not tick-box surveys.
We also include your executive team — the CEO, CFO and Company Secretary — because board effectiveness cannot be fully understood by speaking only with directors.
