Annual Organisational Licence

Organisations can maintain their own customised Director Induction Program through an annual licence, with initial customisation, annual program refresh and access for up to three new directors each year. Corporate and Government annual licences are $2,500 + GST. Not-for-Profit annual licences are $1,500 + GST. Additional directors are $400 + GST each.

Significant redevelopment resulting from major governance or organisational changes may be quoted separately.

The Governance in Focus program is customised using the organisation's own governance documents and board materials.

How is a customised director induction different from a generic governance course?

A generic course explains broad governance principles. A customised director induction shows a new director how governance operates within their specific organisation, including its Constitution, Board Charter, committee structure, delegations, risks, policies and meeting processes.

What is included in the annual licence?

The annual licence includes initial program customisation, an annual program refresh and access for up to three new directors each year. It provides the organisation with a repeatable induction resource that can be used for future board appointments.

How much does a customised director induction program cost?

The annual licence is $2,500 plus GST for Corporate and Government organisations and $1,500 plus GST for Not-for-Profit organisations. Additional directors are $400 plus GST each. Significant redevelopment following major governance or organisational changes may be quoted separately.

Can the program be updated when our governance arrangements change?

Yes. An annual refresh is included so the program can be updated as committees, policies, governance arrangements and organisational information change. Major redevelopment may require a separate quote.
