The program can include interactive learning modules, organisation-specific information, embedded governance documents, short knowledge checks, practical scenarios, a director governance toolkit, central document library and a self-assessment at completion.

How the Program Is Created

1. We understand your board and agree the induction scope with the Chair, Company Secretary or governance lead
2. You provide key materials such as the Constitution, Board Charter, committee charters, policies and strategic documents
3. We build a customised program around your governance framework, board structure and director responsibilities
4. Your directors receive access to complete the program at their own pace and retain it as a governance reference

Annual Organisational Licence

Organisations can maintain their own customised Director Induction Program through an annual licence, with initial customisation, annual program refresh and access for up to three new directors each year. Corporate and Government annual licences are $2,500 + GST. Not-for-Profit annual licences are $1,500 + GST. Additional directors are $400 + GST each.

Significant redevelopment resulting from major governance or organisational changes may be quoted separately.
